It depends on the size of the home and the scope. Your written estimate includes a timeline and a sequence for each room, and we keep you updated at every stage.
Can you remove walls to open up my layout?
Often, yes. We check whether a wall is load-bearing, plan any beams or headers needed, and handle permits and inspections where required.
Do we need to move out during the remodel?
Not always. Many projects can be phased so you can stay in part of the home. We will talk it through with you during planning.
Do you help prepare homes for sale?
Yes. We help owners and agents choose practical, budget-smart updates that help a home show and sell.
